About the Company
Ginger Dragon is a UK based company with extensive links and experience in China and India. Our Managing Director, Michael Smith offers over 20 years experience in international trade. He frequently travels to the Far East to manage our foreign operations.

Great care is taken to ensure that the duty of care Ginger Dragon has to its customers is carried out with equal dedication both in the UK and abroad. Ginger Dragon actively encourages ethical trading and discourages air freighting of products where possible. We are also working towards the conversion of a ginger co-operative to fair trade status. For poppadums we source from a Sedex acredited exporter who holds Grade A British Retail Consortium accreditation. They maintain very good social and ethical standards within their manufacturing facility.
